RULES AND POLICIES
RESERVATION POLICIES
- Deposits: 50% deposit is required by either cash or check within 7 days of making the reservation (if time permits). Otherwise a credit card will be required. Reservations without
deposits will be cancelled.
- Balance due day of Float / Check - In: Last minute reservations or walk-ins accepted on an availability basis.
- Cancellation Policy:If your trip must be cancelled or your head count reduced, your deposit will be refunded if you cancel according to the following time frame:
- Floating / Camping Reservation At least TEN(10)
days in advance.
- Food Service Reservation At least TEN(10) days
in advance.
- Lodging Reservation See Lodging for cancellation policy.(Time frame varies according to type of lodging.)
EXAMPLE, IF YOU HAVE A FLOAT TRIP RESERVED FOR A SATURDAY, ANY FINAL CHANGES
MUST BE MADE BY 10 A.M. TWO (2) WEDNESDAYS PRIOR TO YOUR FLOAT DATE.
The Lodge Rooms require a TEN(10) day and the Country Manor requires
a THIRTY(30) day cancellation period. Please, be considerate and call
well in advance when lessening your head count or cancelling. Others
may be waiting for availability. If cancellation is complete, a $10.00
service charge will be retained if you cancel your reservation entirely
prior to the cancellation period.
- Requesting Boat Sizes:If specific / larger boat sizes are requested, a minimum rate per boat would be applied. ( Based on availability.)
RULES
To preserve the beauty of our campground and to make everyones stay a pleasant one,we must have rules.
CAMPGROUND RULES
- Quiet hours- 11:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.. No radios, loud talking, barking dogs, or loud noises.
- All dogs must be kept on a leash and other pets kept under control.
- Campfires only in fire rings provided at each campsite.
- No 2-, 3-, or 4-wheelers allowed.
- No Firearms or Fireworks allowed
- Ten (10) MPH Speed Limit in campground.
- Do not cut, mar, or damage trees. Violators will be fined.
- Only authorized Rafting Co. vehicles allowed in the beach area.
- Night watchman on duty Friday and Saturday nights. Late arrivals check in with him. Please, setup camps as quickly and quietly as possible.
- Campground Gate locked each evening at 11:00 PM and opened at 6:30 AM
RAIN POLICY
If there is rain at our location the morning of your float ( you must check with us) and if it is still raining at noon, you will receive a rain check. If rain stops by noon, we will float you.
HIGH WATER FLOATING POLICY
Rafts are commonly utilized for higher water conditions. However, if the The Rafting Co. determines floating to be unsafe and/or the facility is shut down due to High Water, a rain check will be issued.
