Dillard MillThe gristmill at Dillard was built around 1900 and is located on Huzzah Creek, a clear ozark stream. The state historic site is operated by the Department of Natural Resources and offers picnicing, hiking, and a tour of the mill. The mill is in operational order and continued to operate until the 1960s.

  

Dillard Mill turbine area Dillard Mill is one of Missouri's best-preserved examples of a water powered gristmill. The picturesque red mill sits at the junction of two clear flowing Ozarks streams, the Indian and the Huzzah creeks. Adding to the scenery are a rock dam and a waterfall that cascades into the millpond.
