Is my DSL modem covered?
Only our most current modems are covered by the Modem Maintenance Plan. These modems are the VisionNet M404 or Higher DSL modems.

Sign up for the Modem Maintenance Plan by calling the Helpdesk between 8am and 7pm, Monday through Friday at 775-4638.
